Responsibilities Identify and develop marketing policy and strategy Marketing business plan - expansion of distribution channel, sales targets, etc Sales budget - setting of targets according to uniform criteria Resource requirements Obtain approval from CEO To review & update strategy & plan Communicate plan to employees Financial budget for all resources
