This role involves ensuring that all branches meet operational standards, achieve financial targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. The Regional Manager will lead and support Branch Managers, drive operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance and growth.

What you’re responsible for:

Operational Management

• Overseeing daily operations of multiple Kenny U-Pull locations within the district.
• Ensuring all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing action plans to achieve targets.
• Conducting regular site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
