Role Summary

We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee business operations, personnel, and profitability for our Helsinki, Tampere, and the upcoming Turku office (opening autumn 2026). The role involves leading regional staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, actively participating in acquiring new customers, developing key accounts, and supporting teams in sales and recruitment.
