Regional Manager (Cavite)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in industrial operations, production management, or specification-led sales within the construction or roofing industry.

- Effective leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.

- Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.



WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.

- Oversee sales executives' performance and the daily operations of the plant.

- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
