(job responsibilities)

• Develop regional wealth business strategic plan, lead and ensure effective execution of all Branch Wealth Distribution (BWD) business initiatives;
• To build capacity of Wealth front-liners (e.g. Personal Bankers) in Branch Banking Distribution and elevate wealth competencies of the teams.
• Drive and embed strong performance culture through inspiring, motivating and rigorous sales management disciplines;
• Drive and create a strong culture of teamwork and enhance working relationship with all stakeholders;
• Ensure all regulatory (AML, SC Guidelines) and sales/general compliance (FNSL) are tightly guarded.
