The Opportunity

We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead and support a portfolio of dental clinics in theBritish Columbiaregionin Canada. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this individual will provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Clinic Managers and Office Managers.

As a key operational leader, you will drive performance in patient experience, financial results, operational excellence, and team engagement to ensure exceptional care delivery while supporting sustainable growth. This is a remote position aligned to our Toronto Support Centre, with regular travelrequiredwithin the region.
