Job Description:
- Lead and manage overall Logistics operations across multiple cities, WH & stores within the region for B2B and C2B verticals.
- Ensuring seamless collections for B2B and C2B operations.
- Timely dispatch of Raw Material to the Recycling Facility.
- Inventory accuracy at all hubs/stores.
- Load and Cost optimization.
- Process efficiency and service quality delivery.
- Track KPIs such as First attempt collection, Inventory holding, Cost per Shipment, and other Productivity metrics.
- Monitoring and auditing daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Coordinate with Central Operations, Transportation, Planning, HR, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely issue resolution.
