Regional Labor & Employment Counsel LATAM Employment Counsel – Mexico and Latin America
The Employment Counsel- Mexico and Latin America is an experienced labor & employment lawyer, responsible for Orbia’s employment law function in Mexico and Latin America. Reporting to Orbia’s Global Head of Labor and Employment, you will serve as a key legal partner and resource for the Legal teams and People teams across all of Orbia’s business groups in Mexico and Latin America.
What you’ll do Provide timely and practical legal advice to meet the labor/employment legal needs of a global company. Provide day-to-day advice and guidance to People Team members and business leaders in Mexico and Latin America on a variety of employment topics, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, leaves of absence and accommodations, workplace safety issues, discipline and termination, compensation, benefits, and union/labor relations.
