Maintenance Regional Joiner – South

Join our caring community as a Regional Joiner in the Southern region. You’ll be responsible for maintaining safe, compliant and welcoming homes through fire risk assessments, joinery work and timely maintenance.

Role Responsibilities

• Complete and document fire risk assessments.


• Carry out fire door inspections, repairs and adjustments.


• Undertake joinery works including fitting doors, frames, locks, furniture and fixtures.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from care home managers.


• Support external contractors and ensure all works meet compliance standards.


• Maintain tools, equipment and documentation in line with health and safety requirements.


• Travel regularly across the assigned region.
