This role leads the full lifecycle of sourcing—from opportunity identification and strategy development (in alignment with Regional Purchasing Manager) through implementation, adoption, and verified savings realization—ensuring sourcing decisions are fully deployed, embraced by plant operations, and translated into measurable and sustainable business value. The role plays a critical part in driving standardization, MRO integration, supplier performance, and transformation from decentralized to structured sourcing models.
