Regional HSE Manager (m/w/d) – Central and Northen Europe

We are looking for a talented **Regional HSE Manager (m/w/d) – Central and Northen Europe** to join our **Health & Safety team** in **Germany.**

This role requires on-site presence, based on a 40-hour work week.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Drive the execution of the Europe HSE strategy across Central and Northern Europe, ensuring consistent and effective implementation at site and project level.
+ Set clear direction by identifying key risks, prioritizing actions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards across multiple countries.
+ Partner closely with operational and project teams to implement HSE programs, monitor performance, and continuously improve safety outcomes.
