Regional HRIS Manager (Oracle System)

We are seeking an experienced Regional HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize our Oracle HRIS system across Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore).

This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and actionable HR analytics to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HRIS expert with strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements.

This position will direct report to The Regional Head of People & Service , and will be located in Jakarta.  Responsibilities: 1.
