Regional HR Specialist (Recruitment & HR Operations)

Region: Americas (strong focus on Latin America & Central America)

Reports to: Regional HRBP

We are looking for a Regional HR Specialist to support our power equipment business across the Americas (focus on Latin America). This is a hybrid role: 50% on end-to-end recruitment, 50% on HR operations (performance, training, employee relations).

Our operations include local companies in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and other countries, and this role offers flexible work location.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the Americas, supporting power equipment manufacturing, engineering, project, sales, and functional roles.
• Drive sourcing execution and channel management, including direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and specialized headhunters.
