We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to join BSI’s People team, leading operational HR delivery across a multi‑country region.

Reporting to the VP People Operations, you will lead and develop a team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators, ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑quality HR support and a positive employee experience across the region.

This role combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, balancing local employment requirements with global policies and ways of working.
