Regional HR Manager / HR Business Partner | Gauteng North An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Regional HR Manager / HR Business Partner to support a multi-site wellness club operation across 38 locations in Gauteng North. Requirements: Strong generalist HR background Extensive IR, labour law and compliance experience Proven CCMA representation experience Multi-site HR experience is essential Strong recruitment and talent management expertise Experience with succession planning and development initiatives Restructuring and change management experience Culture and employee engagement survey analysis with action planning Onboarding and HR compliance experience Strong facilitation and presentation skills Excellent reporting and analytical abilities Operational HR experience within hospitality, premium retail or a similar fast-paced environment Willingness to travel daily across the region, with occasional travel to Cape Town Salary: R70,000 basic per month ...
