Regional Health and Safety Manager

Opportunity

Merlin Edged has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Health and Safety Manager. In this position you will work directly with Regional Operations Director, in parallel will work close with Regional Project Director, Data Center Site Managers and Project Managers, being responsible for fulfillment of H&S policies in all the sites. We are looking for someone who identify, coordinate and drive improvements in inbound safety, quality and productivity, working with the Operations Management teams to continuously improve the functionality and the safety in the Data Centers.

The Regional Health and Safety Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.
