**Job Summary**

+ The Regional Growth Leader works closely with the business to identify growth opportunities and to develop and execute innovative strategies to help the region, and Company overall, to increase revenue, market share, and overall business growth. The role focuses on driving the expansion and development of the Company by identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships and alliances, optimizing existing processes, and analyzing market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
