Regional Gardener

Field based between Shockerwick House and Trowbridge Oaks Care Homes

Salary: up to £33,000 per year dependent on experience plus company van

Contract: Permanent full‑time role – 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm (flexible approach required to suit position)

You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By

• Ensure that the external grounds are maintained to a safe and acceptable standard, carrying out any works with the minimum disturbance to occupants and visitors.
• Creating and designing flower displays around the external grounds and displays for internal areas to suit each home, making them inviting, peaceful and restorative environments.
• Maintain all grassed areas including mowing, trimming, weed control, repairs and feeding.
