Salary: £63,576 - £67,003 – 1 FTC
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Oxford and Hybrid working with Travel to local schools
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Education Partner (English) to join the School Effectiveness and Governance Service. This is a key leadership role within Children, Education and Families, responsible for supporting school improvement, strengthening educational outcomes, and providing strategic challenge and support to schools across a designated geographical region.
The successful candidate will likely oversee the North Oxfordshire region, covering the Bicester to Banbury (M40 corridor) area and supporting approximately 25 schools. This position is offered as a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract due to ongoing Local Government Reorganisation (LGR).
