Regional Driver Trainer

GXO is looking for a Regional Driver Trainer to join our central operational driver trainer team in Northampton. The role covers a 1h30 minute radius of Northampton and involves training all contracts across the region to ensure drivers are safe, compliant and well‑supported.

This is a full‑time, permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with the option to work from home on Fridays. The base salary is up to £40,000.00 per annum, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
