Job Description:

• Lead and manage overall Logistics operations across multiple cities, WH & stores within the region for B2B and C2B verticals.
• Ensuring seamless collections for B2B and C2B operations.
• Timely dispatch of Raw Material to the Recycling Facility.
• Inventory accuracy at all hubs/stores.
• Load and Cost optimization.
• Process efficiency and service quality delivery.
• Track KPIs such as First attempt collection, Inventory holding, Cost per Shipment, and other Productivity metrics.
• Monitoring and auditing daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
