Regional Distribution Channel Manager

Lead channel expansion and after-sales excellence as the Regional Distribution Channel Manager. Your expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and after-sales systems will drive success in the energy storage sector.
This role requires a seasoned professional with over five years of experience in the energy storage or lithium battery industry, including three years in regional management. You will develop a robust distribution network, implement effective rebate policies, and construct a local after-sales system to support your channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and onboard regional distributors and installers
• Design rebate policies and enablement programs
• Build a local after-sales organization from the ground up
• Coordinate inventory management and logistics with HQ
• Direct annual budgeting and profit target management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, advanced degree preferred
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is advantageous...
