Regional Director, Western States

Overview

The Regional Director, Western States will lead CSS’s work in one of our largest regions. This senior-level position will drive the expansion and strengthening of synagogue security teams, cultivate relationships with new institutions, and act as a leader in the broader Jewish community on volunteer security issues. The Regional Director will work closely with internal departments – including security, training, volunteer operations, and marketing/communications – ensuring the success of both long-standing and newly engaged partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all CSS programs within the region, including the recruitment of new CSS synagogues for the CSS Synagogue Program (including Entry Point/Usher Greeters), synagogue training, ROAM, and campus initiatives.
• Expand the number of trained CSS Synagogue teams in the region.
