Supporting Commercial Banking Teams with Complex Transactions

The Regional Director will draw on a deep understanding of commercial credit to provide coaching, mentoring, and development of commercial banking staff with the goal of improving assessment and underwriting skills in the region. The position will have early and direct involvement with COIs, prospects, and customers in collaboration with account managers and analysts to support due diligence and effective deal execution with a focus on new opportunities for the Bank.

Your role:

• Act as a credit expert and trusted advisor on commercial financing transactions of $5 million and more, and on more complex financing including business transfers (LBOs, MBOs, M&A).
• Support due diligence with the deal team, including direct interaction with COIs, prospects, and customers.
