They are looking for a commercially driven Regional Director to establish and lead their Cape Town presence, with a clear focus on driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through high-trust relationship building, strategic partnerships, and client conversion.

Job Description:

This is a senior, execution-led role suited to someone who thrives in relationship-driven environments and understands how to build credibility within affluent and professional networks. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s regional footprint while acting as the face of the business in the Western Cape market. The role is highly commercial and outcome-focused, with success measured primarily by AUM growth rather than account volume.
