Position Overview
The Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager leads all commercial tire sales operations within an assigned region. This role provides leadership to outside sales representatives and key account managers while driving revenue growth, customer retention, and regional profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor sales teams across multiple locations. Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews. Set measurable sales goals and hold team accountable.
