About the Role

The Commercial Director is responsible for sales & profit results and for developing, directing, and leading all related sales activities. You will ensure that agreed sales, growth and profitability targets are achieved. You manage this by empowering and developing your own team, as well as key customer relationships.

There is a strong opportunity to broaden existing customer relationships and further develop best practice in account management and senior-level customer engagement. The role will best fit an inspiring individual who is comfortable setting a vision and strategy, but who is also able to drive performance and passion throughout the organization.
