**Job Summary**

+ The Regional Business Specialist is responsible for providing backup to the Regional Business Administration Manager and interacts with branches and cross-functional teams to handle and manage accounts payable matters.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Provide audit support to internal/external auditors and the corporate tax team
+ Identify areas of process improvement and lead implementation of process changes
+ Utilize the 3-way match process, including electronic receipt of delivery tickets, with a focus on thorough research and resolution
+ Ensure all invoices are processed in accordance with documented SOX controls.
+ May assist with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable duties as needed in support of branch cash management and vendor administration initiatives.
