Main Purpose of Role

The Regional Business Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Territory Business Managers and Sales Associates to drive sales growth, increase market share, and support new patient acquisition across the renal and cancer therapy areas. Covering London, South East England and East Anglia, the role focuses on delivering commercial success through strategic leadership, customer engagement, and field-based coaching.

Working closely with healthcare professionals, NHS stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams, the role supports the adoption and growth of the catheter pouch and specialist medical device portfolio through a referral-based model. The position requires a strong understanding of NHS systems, patient pathways, and market access processes to ensure alignment with customer and organisational objectives.
