We are seeking an experienced and strategic AVP of Surety Underwriting to lead our Florida region. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a team of underwriters focused on contract surety business. You will be responsible for managing underwriting operations, mentoring staff, driving regional growth, and ensuring profitable performance in alignment with corporate goals.
