Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Monitor and drive Telco sales performance.
• Relationship Building: with key business partners.
• Store Visitation & Compliance: Top performing outlets.
• Retail Merchandising: Oversee store displays, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer performance, enforce penalties, and provide feedback.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Telco Admin, RGM, and retail teams to improve operations.

Work Location & Travel

• Regional-based role requiring store visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or telecom industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and compliance management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.
