Job Summary: The Refunds Administrator is responsible for processing student refunds accurately and efficiently in line with institutional policies and financial regulations. This role ensures that refund requests are assessed, verified, and completed in a timely manner while maintaining financial accuracy and clear communication with students and relevant stakeholders. Main Purpose of the Job: To manage the end-to-end refund process, ensuring that all refunds are properly documented, approved, and processed.
