**Refrigeration Technician**
This role will offer $80K - $120K depending on experience, but factoring 10 hours minimum of OT/week, highest level technicians can earn as high as $180K yearly. You will need a MA Refrigeration License for this position and a valid driver's license.
**Responsibilities**
+ Travel to commercial retail locations, primarily grocery stores, within an assigned county-based territory to perform refrigeration service work.
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards.
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC-related equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Use a company-provided iPad or tablet with internal AI guidance tools to walk through repair procedures and complete service tasks accurately.
