We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to support a project-based PC refresh initiative running from June through October 1. This role is focused on imaging, configuring, deploying, and shipping Windows 11 Dell rugged laptops as part of a structured hardware replacement cycle supporting field operations technologists. The position is highly hands-on, execution-driven, and production-paced, requiring reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow a defined playbook consistently.
