Refractory Supervisor (Ramos Arizpe)

RHI Magnesita is seeking a Refractory Supervisor located in Ramos Arizpe, Coah.

The Refractory Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction, including refractory installation, problem solving, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. This full‑time position reports to the Head of Refractory Services Operations and requires approximately 10% domestic and international travel.

• Adherence to proper safety requirements by client and use of appropriate PPE at all customer sites.
• Daily reports and consumption/performance monitoring.
• Ability to complete necessary equipment operations and pre‑check certifications and standards.
• Ability to respond to after‑hours urgent or emergency needs of the customer.
