Refit Team Supervisor

• Overnight Schedule: Shifts are run primarily overnight from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM when stores are closed.

• On-the-Road Travel: High-mobility role requiring regular travel across various store locations to supervise refit projects.

• Hands-On Oversight: Lead the execution of store refits, planogram (POG) layouts, and contractor coordination.
