In this role, you will act as the main contact for employees and stakeholders on referral submissions and process tracking.
Your responsibilities include managing the referral process, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and promoting engagement across the organization. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with experience in managing referral programs.
