Objective
The Refer a Friend program allows Concentrix Spain Region employees to recommend candidates for job openings and earn a referral bonus. Who Can Participate?
All employees can participate, except:
- Supervisors/Team Leaders and Direct Supervisors for their own teams.
- Program Managers/Directors if the candidate is hired for their program.
- HR Recruitment Department employees.
