IT Degree or National Diploma Essential

Intermediate computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in OpenText Archive Centre.

Knowledge of Documentum , SAP Connectors , and Captiva will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. System administration and designing and implementing robust Document Management System (DMS).
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform requirements gathering and design DMS solutions that meet business needs.
3. Support and maintenance of the current DMS applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
4. Implement best practices for DMS development, including version control, testing, and documentation.
