Schedule: Fixed Term Contract 12-months, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week), 5 days on-site

As a Re-Engagement and Job Outcome Coach in our Employment, Skills and Training team at Restart, you'll play a key role in reconnecting people with meaningful employment opportunities. You'll work at pace to re-engage participants, unlock their potential, and move them into sustainable jobs.

This is a role with real purpose. You'll support individuals who may have disengaged from their employment journey, helping them rebuild confidence and take positive steps towards work. By connecting people to opportunities and creating momentum, your work will have a direct and lasting impact on communities and a better future.
