Job Overview

+ Partner with Maintenance/Recycle Manager on all challenges, decisions, adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bob’s business plan are considered and followed

+ Thoroughly understand Bob’s Discount Furniture Company & Department Policies and procedures

+ Ensure that department training plan encompasses quality, speed and accuracy

+ Mentor, guide, coach and train other Recycling employees in recycling materials, safe cleaning and material handling practices

+ Provide updates to Managers throughout the day on all day-to-day activities and progress of associates

+ Sort materials, operate forklift, and clamp trucks

+ Delegate tasks and follow up

+ All other duties as assigned
