RECRUITMENT TEAM LEAD

As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing skilled talent to support our shutdowns, maintenance, project services, fabrication, and more. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at our Rivervale head office.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you will lead from the front while partnering closely with Hiring Managers and the broader recruitment team. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract, engage, and mobilise high-quality talent across a variety of operational roles.
