Recruitment Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of recruiters handling volume hiring for BPO operations
• Drive hiring delivery to meet weekly and monthly manpower targets
• Monitor recruitment funnel metrics including conversion, show-up rates, and productivity
• Coordinate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze hiring trends and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and quality of hires
• Foster effective communication to meet hiring goals
• Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring updates to leadership
