Job Summary: Join our team as a Recruitment Staff member responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition at Sumitomo Electric.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, or any business-related courses.
• More than a year of extensive background in handling talent acquisition.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, and onboarding).
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications.
• Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment is an advantage.
• Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage.
