Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding for various positions across the organization.
• Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, candidate databases, employment offers, and recruitment reports.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
