Recruitment Specialist

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

Remote 100%

Equipment will be provided

Salary range, based on experience: 40k to 50k PH peso (Monthly)

M-F

Weekends- Off

US time, Night Sift- 8 hours

Job duties:

The Recruiter’s duties and responsibilities include the ability to build relationships with candidates that prove fruitful overtime; building a virtual bench of ready candidates for the clients we serve. In this role, you will need to read potential candidates for an excellent cultural fit and engage candidates to work for our client. Strong communication skills are a core of success in this role since you will often act as the point of communication between hiring managers, clients and candidates.
