Recruitment Specialist (Lahore Office )

Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Alfanar Engineering Services, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates in alignment with manpower plans and organizational standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job portals, and professional networks
• Manage recruitment for roles across Alfanar Engineering Services and Alfanar Construction divisions
• Post and manage job advertisements on LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment platforms
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and hiring manager expectations
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with recruitment and employment agencies to source and build candidate pipelines when required
