Qualifications:



Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or any equivalent four year course.

With at least two (2) years work experience in competency-based interviewing, field sourcing and end to end recruitment, recruitment firm or outsourcing experience is an advantage

Updated in industry recruitment trends and make recommendations on this information

Familiar in different job portals and all sourcing channels as well as new ones in order to access new pools

Preferably with knowledge and experience in volume requirements and technical hiring

Withe experience in administering, scoring and interpreting psychological testing

Willing to travel and to do field works

With strong leadership and good communication skills
