The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for Anytime Fitness clubs and corporate support teams. This role ensures we attract candidates who align with our fitness-driven culture, customer-first mindset, and operational standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for gym and corporate roles, including Membership Consultants, Coaches / Personal Trainers, Front Desk / Member Experience Staff, Corporate and support roles as needed.
• Partner with Operations, Club Managers, and Head Office to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-in applicants, and local community channels.
