Job Description
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Build and report monthly on requests and hiring plans
Create and publish job advertisements on various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups
Collaborate with Human Resource managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Screen cv's
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Job Summary
